Menstrual disorders include irregular menstrual patterns and menstrual discomfort. Most women would have menstruation on a monthly basis. Any irregular menstruation could be triggered by stress or other medical factors. It is important to note that menstrual pain should not deter you from performing your regular functions. If it does, you might need to consult a gynaecologist for an assessment.
The following are some possible causes for menstrual disorders:

Fibroids are overgrown uterine muscle tissue that have developed from the uterus. These growths can be detected through ultrasound scans. Most fibroids do not cause symptoms and may not require treatment unless the growth is persistent, causes fertility problems or abnormal bleeding.
Treatment of the uterine fibroid is dependent on the size and position of the fibroid, and the symptoms experienced. There are medications that can be used to reduce the menstrual flow and pain associated with the fibroids, or to shrink the fibroids temporarily.
Myomectomy is a surgery to remove the fibroids while preserving the uterus. This can be performed either via an open surgery or keyhole surgery (minimally-invasive).

A common type of ovarian cyst is one that is filled with fluid. It is formed during each menstrual cycle and usually disappears with the start of the next cycle. For patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), these cysts often do not rupture to release eggs, resulting in the appearance of small cysts in the ovaries upon scanning. These are generally harmless and do not cause problems unless the woman is planning to conceive.
Other ovarian cysts might cause pain and bleeding. They can be seen through ultrasound scans and if they persist or cause extreme pain, medical intervention might be needed.
Large ovarian cysts which cause pain and bleeding can be removed through surgery in an operation called cystectomy.

Endometriosis is common amongst women who have problems trying to conceive. This condition can sometimes be identified through ultrasound scans. In patients with this condition, the endometrial tissue extends beyond the womb lining and can cause unbearable menstrual cramps, blood clots in menstrual discharge or “chocolate” cysts in the ovaries.
Depending on various factors like the severity of your condition, your lifestyle and family planning considerations, you can decide on medical therapy involving oral medications or injections.
A keyhole surgery known as laparoscopy can also be done. It involves inserting a tiny camera through small incisions on the abdomen region. This allows the doctor to observe the uterus, ovaries and their surroundings.

One common urinary complaint is pain during urination which might be due to urinary tract infection. A consultation is advised to ascertain the cause and treatment.
The neck of the womb, known as the cervix, produces mucus which is clear and white. Healthy discharge should NOT have a strong odour or unusual colour. There should NOT be any itch or soreness around the vagina as well.
